About Me & Resources
A Space Where All of You Belongs
Hi, I’m Sherri Billey. As a neurodivergent survivor of child abuse, domestic violence and religious trauma, single parent, and long-time questioner, I am passionate about decolonizing, unlearning harmful systems, and removing barriers to healing. I work from a place of deep respect for your unique story, values, and lived experience, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — especially the ones that have felt silenced or misunderstood.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in compassion. You won’t be met with quick fixes or judgment, but with curiosity, care, and a commitment to walking alongside you as you move toward healing, clarity, and connection.
I have a variety of education and experience that includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, separation, divorce, abuse, suicide, anger, grief and loss, parenting, 2SLGBTQI+, postpartum depression, addiction, trauma, deconstructing high control religion and recovery from narcissism.
Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy after some time away, I’m here to meet you where you are. I know therapy can feel scary, it sure did for me. But together we can face whatever scariness comes your way. Book a free 15 minute phone consultation and get started on your journey to peace and healing.
